If you need to return or exchange your order for covered reasons, we are here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of your purchase. All refunds will be subject to 3% processing fee to cover credit card and administrative expenses. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method as long as they are in the same condition as when you received it. If you select the option of store credit, it will be not subject to 3% processing fee.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Clearance items sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in the original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Perishable items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- 3% processing fee if you want the refund for your returns to your original payment method.
In an unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, or there is any issue, please email us with the details at email@example.com along with a picture/s within 10 days of receiving your order.

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, the exchange product will be arranged to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
- It may take up to 7 to 10 days to process your refund or exchange fully.
- If the item is fragile and requires extra care, we will charge you 2% of the item cost to subsidize shipping and restocking fee.
